Every service (sourcing, industrialisation, quality control, logistics, certification, cost engineering) is quoted in writing. The signed quotation or contract sets the price, the payment schedule, and what is refunded if the project is cancelled.
AI and HPC hardware is sold through BIM Computing, under its refund and returns policy: 14-day withdrawal for consumers in the EU, 1-year warranty, full refund if delivery is more than 30 days late.
